Treatment Sessions:

   The first session will last 1 ½ hours. This includes an introduction to services & therapies, a health evaluation & assessment & an initial treatment.

Following sessions could last between 1 hour & 1 hr 15 mins.

Services Provided:

   Each session will be customized according to your requirements.

   A trained & certified therapist offers these services.

Insurance Receipts are provided.

Cancellation Policy:

   A 24 hour notice is required for any appointment cancellation.

   A fee will apply if this notice is not given.

   Chronic last minute cancellations will result in a prepayment    request.

Lateness:

   Your session is reserved especially for you.

   If you are late, the appointment will end as scheduled & the    full fee will still apply.

Treatment Protocol

   The protocol for new clients is that a minimum of 1 treatment per week for 3 weeks are required to relieve any chronic problems & to identify underlying issues.

   After these 3 treatments you & the therapist together will decide the following number of treatments & duration needed.
Each treatment protocol is adapted to each individual’s personal requirement.

   All aspects affecting your treatment & you well-being will be taken into consideration.


Confidentiality:

   The client/therapist relationship is completely confidential.
Your file & anything that takes place during your session are completely confidential.

   Acceptance of Treatment Terms & Conditions:
Clients will be asked to read, accept & sign these terms & conditions of treatment at the initial session.
