Thank you very much for your participation with the group yesterday. I think the energy seen yesterday as a collective entity shows promise, and we got to a good start.
I think from a strictly good business sense, a contract would be a good
idea, and as such everyone would be expected to be responsible for their share of the losses as well as benefit from the profits.
What I will do is provide everyone with a document that will exhibit what the costs were and how much was received. And all will then sign that they acknowledge having exercised their responsibility in this regard.
Given that we have carefully participated in developing the program, and that we are all responsible to do our own share of the advertising, it will become clear very quickly where the energy is alive or wanting.
Up until now, there never has been the need to draft a contract with my colleagues for such an informal event.
I would rather think that this is a great way to present what we are all
about and see if there is chemistry for this particluar group to get along.
Once we have passed this discovery stage we may think about forming some kind of a collective entity. This is after all as I see it a pilot project.
